How we started

Town & City Management was founded in 2002 by our Managing Director, Peter Bigge. In 2002, Peter bought out his leasehold management portfolio and Town & City Management Services was born, an independent company, specialising in Residential Leasehold Management. With the growth in apartment living, Town & City Management extended its portfolio to include some of the most prestigious apartment blocks all over the UK. TCML expanded its area of operation and opened a new office in Leeds in 2011. By 2018, we had opened offices in Central London and Bournemouth and achieved ARMA-Q Accreditation.

About us

We have increased staff levels to support our business requirements and implemented new client portal software. Our objective is to always deliver the highest standards of customer service, which we find is lacking in the industry.  This is often a major issue which our new clients raise, regarding their current agent – a lack of communication and transparency will only lead to customer dissatisfaction. We provide knowledge and advice on matters of management, and we listen, process, and respond to all requirements.  We find that having a robust working relationship with the client from the start, is the only way that the property requirements are fully understood.
