Town & City Management Ltd opens a new Southern office

Town & City Management Ltd have announced the recent opening of a new office, situated in the heart of Bournemouth, Dorset.

The Bournemouth office is headed up by Associate Director Tom Woodley. Having started his career in Residential Property Management over 10 years ago, Tom has predominately based himself in Bournemouth, and has held Senior Management positions at Castleford Management Ltd and Rebbeck Brothers Ltd.

Tom holds extensive knowledge of the property industry, and one of his roles is building strong relationships with new business contacts. He is a member of the IRPM and Associate Member of RICS and enjoys the challenges the position of Associate Director brings.

Town & City Management Ltd aims to continue to grow and expand its management portfolio by providing the highest level of services, professionalism and expertise, supplying Residential Leasehold Management to its clients both current and future.

“In recent years, our vision has been to expand geographically,” adds Town & City Management Ltd’s Director, Susan Johnson. “We are very pleased to have done so successfully via controlled growth opening offices in Leeds, London and now Bournemouth too, and to complete this expansion across the country, we also intend to open a North West office (Manchester/Liverpool) in the year ahead.”

“Our Bournemouth operation is responsible for upwards of 32 properties, and will be a firm base for us to manage many more properties in the south in coming years.”

Joining Tom in the Bournemouth office is new Property Manager Tamsin Withers. Tamsin began working in Property Management in 2015 and gained her AIRPM within 3 months of joining the industry. The skills Tamsin gained through working as an Interior Designer helped with her transition into the profession. Tamsin joined Town & City in July 2016, and is now working towards her MIRPM and an MSc in Historic Building Conservation.
